Master three key relationships: the one you have with your own physiology, the one you have with time, and the one you have with resources.

Understand your own personal flow, and from this derive both your purpose and create your unique vision of the future. Define and set in motion discovery and realisation of your vision.

At the end of the program, you will have answered three questions, who am I? what am I here for? and, what do I want?
